By default the timesheet grid shows the cells in white color. But if you have little coding skills or a developer at your end, you can try this using "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\TEMPLATE\LAYOUTS\JsGrid.js" java script file.
