项目标准2013年时间表

In Project 2010 the start date (Week 1) we set stays where it is set.
In Project 2013 if we set a task befor the start date the week 1 date moved to the begining of that task.
We can't find a way to turn this feture off.
Can anyone help with this as it is preventing us producing programmes to issue to our client.

In both Project 2010 and 2013, you can specify a project start date. In the scheduling options, you can also specify that any new automatically scheduled task will be scheduled by default at the project start date (versus current date).
