I currently add the costs associated with the Project Manager and the construction Foreman in separate project management tasks in the project. This tasks span in time as necessary to capture the total costs related to these two individuals. I am wondering if this approach is appropriate or if there is any other elegant way of adding these cost as they are not specific to actual "work" tasks. Thanks. Ricardo

I personally like your approach. Using administrative tasks is a good way to capture the "overhead" cost of the project for things like project management, meetings, training, etc. All of those activities cost the company money, even if they are not actual "work" tasks that lead to project deliverables. So, I concur with your approach, but may someone else has another idea for you. Hope this helps.
