我制作了一个atl.dll并将它打包到安装程序中，如果使用的语言是中文的话，那么安装程序编译正常。如果使用的是英文的话，安装程序编译时出现warning

这样制作的安装程序无法在其他电脑上使用。
请问这个warning和语言有什么关系么？我该再加什么dll进去呢？
installshield用的是2008版。

这样制作的安装程序无法在其他电脑上使用。
请问这个warning和语言有什么关系么？我该再加什么dll进去呢？
