2013年的默认权限模式是SharePoint模式，与传统的项目模式完全不同。

Default permission mode in 2013 is SharePoint mode which is totally different than classic Project Mode.

You can switch between SharePoint Mode and Project Mode vice versa but it's a one way trip. When you switch from one mode to another existing configuration will be wiped out. You need to plan this before starting to configure PWA site
