Sorta. You'd have to figure out where to put the FSW. You'd also need to make one of the servers a domain controller, since clustering requires AD. The problem is, if you joined your laptop to the VM's domain, you'd have laptop login issues when the VMs weren't running. It could all work, but i'd be a mess.
