我想使用指纹读取器项目做基于网络的生物识别考勤系统

i我准备好使用WEb的最后一年项目......项目将被称为生物识别考勤系统，其中包括指纹识别器和将读取数据，之后将在线上传.....将检查任何组织的不同分支机构有用....
问题现在我不知道怎么开始，应该包括什么或任何其他可能的功能...
请帮助我....

i am getting ready for my final year project using WEb....project will be called Biometric attendance System which will include fingerprint reader and will read the data and after that will upload it online.....it will benefit to check on different Branches of any organization....
Question is now i dont know how to Start and what should be includ in it or any other possible Feature...
