TFS 2015更新3：构建停留等待可用代理

问题描述：

TFS更新3：在服务器上，甚至包含复制文件的简单构建定义步骤仍停留在等待可用代理。代理在代理池列表中显示为可用（绿色 - 空闲）。

TFS update 3 : On the server even simple build definition with copy files step is stuck at Waiting for an available agent. The Agent is shown as available (Green - Idle) in the Agent pool list.

代理配置为具有域帐户的Windows服务。 vsoAgent服务也在运行。

The agent is configured as Windows service with domain account. The vsoAgent service is running as well.

构建管理员/服务帐户拥有所有权利。

The build admin/service accounts has all the rights.
