aix下crontab无法执行日记压缩命令，不定时执行却可以
写了个定时任务，先压缩日志，之后再删除原日志。
该语句
定时命令如下：
45 10 * * * tar cvf /weblog10/Applog/test-`date +%y%m%d`.tar /weblog10/test && rm -rf /weblog10/test
单独执行： tar cvf /weblog10/Applog/test-`date +%y%m%d`.tar /weblog10/test && rm -rf /weblog10/test 可以正常执行。
但是设置crontab之后却无法执行。
打开了报错日志报如下错误,请各位帮指点下问题原因

百分号在crontab里面是特殊字符，需要转义：
45 10 * * * tar cvf /weblog10/Applog/test-`date +\%y\%m\%d`.tar /weblog10/test && rm -rf /weblog10/test
