I have a List created in infopath 2013 and want to set a warning as ""Once Item Submitted cannot be modified" click ok to submit or cancel to continue editing"

Like words says i need a popup when i click on submit button with text and option as "Ok" and "Cancel"
确定=提交清单项目
取消=返回表格或取消提交点击。
Cancel = back to form or cancel submit click.
