We have different folders in single document library in SharePoint 2013.

different folders - A,B,C etc. Now SharePoint is allowing me to upload document with the same name in different folder. but it is showing metadata of other document while uploading document.

for example- 'Testing.docx' is present in folder 'A'. Now i am uploading document with same name i.e 'Testing.docx' to folder 'B'. but while uploading document in Folder B , Edit properties page of this document is showing properties of 'Testing.docx' of folder 'A' . I don't want to show this same properties for 'B' folder document. Please suggest.

If so, the behaviour you observe is expected. This is caused by property promotion / demotion. SharePoint stores metadata in the docx file after uploading to folder A (this is called property demotion). If you then download the file to your computer you are downloading a docx file plus the metadata. If you then upload that file to folder B the property promotion extracts the values and fills the columns in folder B.
