Visual Studio 2015问题

Hi people, I'm fairly new to vs2015 and have been trying my hand at vb and c# so far, what I've been experimenting with is screen capture, typing out tutorial codes and running them and so on. However during these experimentations, although I got the programs to run, I noticed a problem with every single one of them. They won't capture the whole screen ( I have a resolution of 1920 x 1200 on win 7) It will only capture  from the top left to 2 thirds of the way across to the right and the same from the top left to 2 thirds to the bottom for full screen (this happens in both vb and c#). However windows print screen and snipping tool will capture the whole screen. I've tried out some third party software and out of 5 of them only one would capture the whole screen, the rest had the same problem as the VS 2015 coded progs.

Has anybody got an idea of what's going on here? I can't be my laptop if windows and the odd third party software works, so is it a bug in VS 2015? ( I should mention that the same problem was experienced in vs 2013 express for windows desktop)
