I need to create new tasks and delete existing tasks. The new task need to be defined like: The first Monday of each month, or the 25 of every month.

The problem was I didn''t know exactly what the English terms were, I use Windows in Spanish.
Since then I have found exactly what I was looking for: A New Task Schedule Library for .NET.
