I am having an issue with my new WordPress multisite install. When I try accessing one of the subsites (http://lmstest.azurewebsites.net/chicago1/wp-admin/) I get an error, "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

I installed WordPress from the NEW > Website > From Gallery auto install, then updated it to a multisite install based on a article found in the Azure tutorials (http://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/develop/php/tutorials/convert-wordpress-site-to-multisite/). I also followed the steps of adding the lines of code to the proper web.config and wp-config.php files.
