I have noticed that Kinect region doesn't work consistently in Windows Store app, what I mean is if the Windows store app starts in a small laptop screen with everything working fine but if I move to a larger screen it can't detect my hands anymore, though I can still see myself in the Kinectviewer.

The namespace has nothing to do with functionality. Instability issues with Interactions has more to do with the sensor setup. Is the sensor mounts 6 feet above the ground and angled down to see it without obstruction? This angle provides the optimal angle to see the shoulder, elbow and hand joints that are used for the tracking state. If the sensor is directly pointed at the user, you generate more occlusions which can make things jumpier.
