Go to "All resources" section of the Microsoft Azure Portal. Choose an application which you wish to delete. Click on the link and at the top of the page ("ASP.NET web application - Preview", or "Web app" or other) you could find Settings, Tools, Metrics etc. Delete button is among them. Just press it and you''ll permanently remove the resource.
