打开visual studio
转到
file>新>项目
>>选择所需的语言例如我选择C＃
$ C $ b in C＃select
Windows> Windows从应用程序中单击确定。

open visual studio
go to
file > New > Project
>> Select desired language for example i select C#
in C# select
Windows > Windows From Application and click OK.

you can use express edition of visual studio which is free licensed or other version on trial .. :)
