Im working on an Project Management workflow, and I need to add a validation so that a document must be approved before I can change the current stage. So, I have a document approval workflow and a site workflow, how can I link them?, again I´d like to have some "if" saying something like "if that document is approved goto next stage"

If you have used SharePoint designer to build these workflows, you can open the Project workflow in SharePoint designer and under "Actions" -> Coordination Actions, you have options to start "List workflow" or "Site workflow".

Even you should be able to validate the condition as well to see if the document is approved or not.
