CHtmlView 自动刷新解决办法
CHtmlView 自动刷新
CHtmlView 读内容的时候，没有实时更新的，都显示最早打开的内容的，
都需要手工的刷新下才能正确显示内容的
怎么在CHtmlView读了文件以后，代码实现f5刷新下的，这就可以不用手工在右击刷新了啊？
