增添struts dtd到本地环境
添加struts dtd到本地环境
在开发基于struts的应用时可能会在断网环境下进行，这个时候就需要配置struts dtd到本地计算机，步骤如下
1.打开eclipse/myeclipse，Windows—>preference,搜索xml，在弹出的对话框中选择XMLCatalog,如下图所示
2.单击add按钮，会弹出add xml catalog element对话框，在location对话框中选择Strutsdtd的路径，key type中选择URI，key输入http://struts.apache.org/dtds/struts-2.3.dtd，在单击ok即可。
