我用Struts2加入自定义的library如下图,就报错，
严重: Exception starting filter struts2
Unable to load configuration. - bean - jar:file:/E:/Tomcat/webapps/Sdemo4/WEB-INF/lib/struts2-spring-plugin-2.1.8.1.jar!/struts-plugin.xml:29:132
网上好多人解释说 把包加入lib，如下图 ，确实没有报错 ，纠结中。。。
