C语言怎么读取文件夹下的同一类型文件

C语言如何读取文件夹下的同一类型文件
例如我的文件夹下有：
1.bmp  2.bmp 3.bmp.......一些bmp类型的文件
我要读取bmp文件里面特定一些数据出来，请问怎样可以逐个读取这些bmp文件
有什么好的方法
