hp的snmp++中的例子receive_trap.cpp编译运行为何不能接收到trap.trap_port为什么设为10162？
trap用snmp++带的例子test_app发送的。但就是接收不到。
不是发送的问题，因为用snmputil.exe可以接收到。
还有trap_port为什么设为10162？注释说no   need   to   boot，不明白。
改为162就在notify_set_listen_port()处报错。
