如何将开发者帐户链接到其他简单帐户。

我使用公司首席执行官电子邮件ID创建了一个开发帐户。
I have created a dev account using company ceo email id.
我想将该帐户关联为具有实际开发者用户帐户的父帐户。
I want to link that account as parent account with actual dev users account.
例如，我创建了一个ceo@example.com作为开发帐户。现在我有另一个帐户dev@example.com我想与之链接。将ceo@example.com作为此门户的付款选项和用户管理的root帐户。
for instance, I have created a ceo@example.com as dev account. Now i have another account dev@example.com which i want to link with it. Making a ceo@example.com as a root account for payment options and user management of this portal.
