如何修改使用PL/SQL查询出来的数据？
在ORCLA数据库中，用PL/SQL查询出了表数据，需要修改表中的一个数据，是个时间，‘yyyy-mm-dd 24h-mm-ss’，使用UPDATE 该如何的格式，如果不用UPDATE命令，又有什么办法？请指教！

手动修改之。。。
