在bcb xe中为何Sql语句无发更新unicode数据到数据库

在bcb xe中为什么Sql语句无发更新unicode数据到数据库？
    Sql="update table set ";
Sql+="name='" +Name +"',";
Sql+="title='" +Title +"',";
Sql+="memo='" +meme +"'";
    Sql+="where id=" +Id;
    ExecuteSql(Sql);//我自己写的函数

memo中有unicode数据，譬如韩文，更新到数据库后去却是问好？为什么？
