上面是quartzCommon.xml
当我联网的时候，quartz是可以正常执行的，控制台没有错误，当我断网的时候，
执行会报找不到以下文件：

分析了一下原因大概是下面导致的

请问如何在我不联网的时候，获取到以上文件，是需要下载jar包还是？

你是用的spring哪个版本？每个版本不同，这里的spring-beans-3.0.xsd中3.0也不一样的，需要与你的spring版本一致！

验证没通过，没联网的时候，看看对应的版本，然后再引用 参考

相应的文件都是在spring的核心jar中，断网后报错说明jar版本不对

楼主需要在本地有正确版本的spring jar
