初学ext解决方法

初学ext
在 ext.net 下载了一个实例学习
http://examples.ext.net/#/GridPanel/ArrayGrid/Simple/
但把下载的.aspx复制到项目里（我用的是visual studio 2010）
提示错误
未能加载文件或程序集“Coolite.Utilities, Version=1.0.0.21044, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=f06596a209371c29”或它的某一个依赖项。系统找不到指定的文件。

好像是web.config没有配置好 但我不知道怎么配置 希望高人解救
