Win2000升级2003后Asp.net数据连接出现错误
用Asp.net2.0+Sql2000.2005开发一应用程序，部署在Win2000服务器上，现将Win2000升级2003后Asp.net数据连接出现错误
错误信息如下：
Server Error in '/website1 ' Application.

An error has occurred while establishing a connection to the server. When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused by the fact that under the default settings SQL Server does not allow remote connections. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - 由于目标机器积极拒绝，无法连接。)
用Sql查询分析器本地可连接SQL数据库，在非本地机上连接数据提示数据无法连接或被服务器拒绝，请问解决办法？？？
