跪求大神 centos7下 vsftp 连接不上.解决方法

跪求大神 centos7下 vsftp 连接不上..........
公司新上linux服务器 要做ftp用  今天在我在虚拟机里装了centos7想学习一下 

目前的情况就是 vsftp启动正常

21端口正常 
[root@localhost ~]# netstat -tunlp |grep ftp
tcp        0      0 0.0.0.0:21              0.0.0.0:*               LISTEN      2789/vsftpd  

iptables关闭,SELinux关闭

主机-虚拟机互相ping通 (我一直是用主机的ssh连接虚拟机操作)

但是主机的 cmd, 资源管理器,flashfxp 均连接不上 (提示连接超时)

实在没办法..前来请求大神指点一下 或者还能从哪里去找问题?
(我暂时想的是先匿名连接可以正常访问后 在学习下一步的添加ftp用户,可现在连接都连不上就卡到这里了....)

附上我的vsftpd.conf  (都是默认设置,我改的是下面部分)
