我们使用最新的2015年9月更新15.0.5067.1000来修补我们的SharePoint 2013一切顺利但最后当我去检查时查看数据库状态我看到这里的所有psconfig运行良好一切都在100％没有问题。
哦对不起我忘记在PowerShell模式w3svc服务中运行psconifg时把它放在那里 我不得不手动启动它有人知道为什么这些服务在运行psconfig时停止了。
we patch our SharePoint 2013 with the latest September 2018 updates of 15.0.5067.1000 everything went well but at the end when I go the check the Review the database status I am seeing this messgage on here all the psconfig ran well all at 100 % no issue. oh sorry I forget to put this out there while running psconifg in powershell mode w3svc services was keep stopping so I have to manually start it does anyone know why these service was stop when running psconfig.

这个问题可能是由CreateProductVersionJob计时器作业未按预期运行，尝试通过Start-> Run-> services.msc重新启动SharePoint Timer服务。
This issue might be caused by that the CreateProductVersionJob timer job didn't run as expected, try to restart the SharePoint Timer service via Start->Run->services.msc.
如果问题存在，请运行SharePoint 2013 Management Shell中的"Get-SPProduct -local"称为管理员。
If the issue exists, please run "Get-SPProduct -local" commend in SharePoint 2013 Management Shell as an administrator.
然后运行"PSConfig.exe -cmd upgrade -inplace b2b -wait -cmd applicationcontent -install -cmd installfeatures -cmd secureresources -cmd services -install"命令并再次检查。
Then run "PSConfig.exe -cmd upgrade -inplace b2b -wait -cmd applicationcontent -install -cmd installfeatures -cmd secureresources -cmd services -install" command and check again.
