The software worked on 2 computers, one running Vista and one running XP. It failed to load on 4 similar computers. Among the many errors I get is "Cannot load 32 bit extw32.dll ". On some computers, plug and play runs properly, without running setup. On others, I run setup and the dentalsoft folder goes into program files and then setup stops, not installing anything.
