关于Window phone 7自定义控件mouseover有关问题

关于Window phone 7自定义控件mouseover问题
遇到一个很郁闷的问题，就是在WP编程中，用ContralTemlate模板来改变控件的外观颜色，但是这个
mouseover总是在鼠标点击后才执行，不是应该移动才执行吗？先贴代码
