birt library修改,而引用此library处未变化的问题我遇到这个问题，根本原因是由于看到了下面这段英文后，
BIRT Report Designer provides a resource folder as a way to organize all these external files for ease of deployment later. The default location of this resource folder is specified in the Preferences page, which you access by choosing Windows->Preferences from the main menu, then choosing the Report Design Resource item. On this page, you can specify a different path for the resource folder option. 修改Windows->Preferences->Report Design->Resource的Resource folder为对应到Web服务器中的报表发布目录下。这样做是由于我没有看设置Resource folder的说明。看了之后才发现问题所在“它仅仅是把library文件发布到你所选择的目录下”
