QT挺好的无标题栏+阴影边框，两个有关问题解决不了

QT挺好的无标题栏+阴影边框，两个问题解决不了。
问题：
1、改变大小背景窗口不刷新。
2、播放视频看不到。


setAttribute(Qt::WA_TranslucentBackground); //导致问题

Qt::WA_TranslucentBackground会导致设置 Qt::WA_NoSystemBackground

而Qt::WA_NoSystemBackground Indicates that the widget has no background, i.e. when the widget receives paint events, the background is not automatically repainted
