程序是怎么部署的？ 用什么服务器 ? 服务器开启了吗？
把localhost换成本机ip试一下！

这很正常有些程序在IE6里面能跑起来，但是在IE7里面就不行，浏览器不支持是一个很大的问题。
你可以检查一下，你IE中的设置，不要把安全设置太高。。
