不能在smartphone上运行，
我第一次开发smartphone上的程序，结果在模拟器上运行的好好的，但是连接真机后，不能下载在真机上，编译提示The device security configuration disallowed the connection. Ensure that you have the appropriate certificates on your device for development. Review your SDK documentation for proper security settings for connecting to this device.运行说there were deployment errors.continue? 点击是，结果提示不能运行，谁知道怎么解决

要签名。 或者解锁。

应该是要解锁。去网上输入你的设备名称，和解锁

要是手机的话直接给他们的客服打电话问怎么解锁。

这是微软的安全签名问题；有的OEM厂商也会制作自己的签名；
如果你编写的程序想在手机上面运行，该程序必须是签过名的；
在文件上点右键就可以看到；如果你有相应的开发环境，运行一下，直接sign一下你的文件就可以了；
