我现在也正在学习oracle导入，ORA-39065: unexpected master process exception in DISPATCH应该是说：有个意外的主进程错误出现在调度中。可能是你在导入操作时，在相同机器上进行了其他操作导致冲突的，要不你在重新导入几次看看是不是一样的错误。

最近我也在做数据导入导出工作，再做impdp 数据库A到数据B的出现这个错
那是创建的dblink不是pulic 的，至于你的这个导入错误，我还没有遇见过，

LZ这个dmp文件是什么内容？表，schema，还是库？

一步一步来试下，imp DGBBDB1/IVcbs333 然后根据提示一步一步来，这样容易找到错误地方
