Microsoft.Net Framework 4

我尝试安装.NET Framework 4.6.2，因为下载Money Manager光盘后，出现消息，表明该程序需要所说的Net Framework版本.它问 如果我想下载该版本，然后单击是"，则会显示一条消息，表明一个版本正在下载中，请等待直到完成.我在控制面板"中查看了我的程序列表，并发现了其他版本的 4(4.0.30319)客户端配置文件.似乎已经安装了该版本，但是删除或激活它的任何尝试都变成了zilch.因此，我现在有一个无法使用的帐户程序，因为无法获取要下载的正确版本的.Net Framework. 当前版本"也不会激活资金管理器.除了返回到出厂设置之外，我无所适从.  有人可以帮忙吗?

I tried to install .NET framework 4.6.2 because on download of the Money Manager disc the message appeared that this program needed said version of Net Framework. It asked if I wanted to download this version and when I clicked on yes the message appeared that a version was in the process of downloading and to wait until it finished.  I looked on my list of programs in Control Panel and there was a different version of 4 (4.0.30319) Client Profile. It appeared that this version had already installed but any attempts to remove it or activate it came to zilch. So I now have an accounts program I can't use because I can't get the correct version of .Net Framework to download nor will the 'current version' activate the Money Manager. Other than going back to Factory settings I am at a loss what to do.  Can anybody help please?
