vue 查询参数修改但页面没渲染，值已改变

详情页面路由上带了参数并赋值展示成功，

这个由路由上带的参数修改时，页面没渲染，值已改变,

如果此时去做别的不是路由赋值的参数修改，前面做的修改就刷新出来渲染成功
