java压缩和解压缩例子
压缩时，在压缩文件夹中新建目录，entry名称必须以“/”结尾。
压缩后，如果用rar工具解压，发现中文名称的文件都是乱码，但是如果用java程序解压就不会有事，网上有很多关于这个问题及解决方案
