Being almost a graduate and not having many of your own ideas on the project titles is not a good sign; it does not look like you are very excited about technology and your future work.
The only good topic is the one which comes from your views and your own ideas. However, I have some ideas on how to get to inventing such ideas: it should be based on your own interests. For further detail, please see my past answers to similar questions:

Another idea is: as a student, do you have many friends from your school? Do you discuss such topics and your work a lot? If not, I would be really sorry for you; good students exchange idea about their work a lot; such exchange of ideas is a main source for inspiration. This is much better than asking us, because you might have more common interests with your fellow students, both in technology and just everyday social life.
