i want to make a correspondance letter in my software
for that i want that on a selected cells i can open it in excel sheet in pre defined manner only the detail should change the format should remain constant and how to select multiple cells.

Have you tried making any template from Excel. I thing that can save your day. you can make an template file with merge field and later just replace that merge field with actual data.
