WinServer2019的IIS上无法安装framework3.5的问题

控制台会提示此操作系统不支持此选项，可以使用dism.exe命令行工具安装.net 4.5
那么我们使用dism工具执行以下指令即可：
dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:IIS-ISAPIFilter
dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:IIS-ISAPIExtensions
dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:IIS-NetFxExtensibility45
dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:IIS-ASPNET45

此时部署webapi网站，还是无法访问
接着重新通过控制面板选择安装iis，把该装的都装了，最后就好了
