如何在selectedindex cange之后修复组合框值

在Windows窗体应用程序中，我正在使用两个组合框。第一个组合框绑定来自数据库的数据。现在当从第一个组合框中选择一个值时，所选择的值被反映到第二个选择框。

表示

第一个组合框名称 - CenterName

- 选择 -

Deorali

甘托克

Namchi



第二个组合框名称 - 区





当我选择CenterName（Deorali）然后区（东）是来自SelectedIndexChange的帮助和我保存的一些信息。



但保存之后。我看到我第一个组合框 - 选择 - 项目来了然后我再次选择CenterName（Deorali）。我不知道。



所以我想知道保存后如何修复该值（Deorali）。

当我想要更改时，CenterName永远不会改变。

In the windows form application i am taking two combobox. 1st combobox bind data from data base.now when a value is selected from 1st combobox with this selected value is reflected to 2nd selected box.
means
1st combobox name--CenterName
--Select--
Deorali
Gangtok
Namchi

2nd combobox name--District


when i select CenterName(Deorali)then District(East) is come with the help of SelectedIndexChange and with the some information i save it.

but after save it. i see that i the 1st combobox --Select-- item is come for then i again select CenterName(Deorali).which i dont.

so i want to know how to fixed that value (Deorali) after save.
CenterName never change when i want then change.
