I am creating a workflow selecting 2010 platform using SP designer 2013 for a SharePoint online site to using the impersonation step to set item level permission. I am getting this error "unexpected error on server associating the workflow" and failed to publish the workflow. I was able to create 2010 platform workflows till last day and it suddenly stopped working now. Already cleared SP designer cache with no luck. Highly appreciate any help.

Since yesterday I have been having wierd things happening in my Sharepoint site.

Only today I relized - all the 2010 Workflows I have are totaly missing on my SPO lists !!
