Sharepoint Online创建用于到期客户合同的工作流

我有一个文档库,其中包含扫描的pdf文件,其中显示了客户合同的开始和结束日期.
I have a document library with scanned pdf files showing client contracts beginning and end dates.
我想创建一个工作流,在合同临近到期日(可能是60/30/10天)时发送电子邮件提醒
I would like to create a workflow that sends an email reminder when contracts are approaching expiry date maybe 60/30/10 days
这很可能是自定义工作流程,因为我在Office365上看不到该模板的模板.任何人都可以逐步建议我如何在文件等中创建带有标签的工作流程.
Obvioulsy this has to be a custom workflow as I don't see a template for it on Office365. Can anybody please advise me step by step on how to create the workflow with tags in the files etc....
