我的outlook和ocs存在同步问题。两者都是2007年，并在Windows Server 2008 r2中运行。问题是，我无法在Outlook对话历史记录文件夹中保存ocs对话。
I have synchronization problem with my outlook and ocs. both are 2007 and running in windows server 2008 r2. The problem is, i am not able to save ocs conversations in the outlook conversation history folder.
该选项在我的ocs中被禁用，而且我也无法从我的ocs中查看outlook属性。
The option is disabled in my ocs and also i am not able to view outlook properties from my ocs.

Does any one had faced the same problem as mine. if so, please help me in solving the same.
