SharePoint 2016自定义列表工作流两次生成电子邮件通知

I am a SharePoint 2016 user,and also a beginner.

我使用共享点自定义列表而不是设计器来创建表单.为此表单，我添加了三态工作流，这是SharePoint中提供的默认工作流之一.在该任务批准工作流中，应将其邮寄给经理，工作正常 在工作流程中没有问题.但是，批准邮件"和工作流启动的邮件"通知会收到两次.

I created a Form using Share point Custom list,not using the designer.For that form I added a Three state workflow which is one of the default workflows given in SharePoint. In that workflow for a task approval it should mail to the manager ,its working fine no problem in the workflow. But the Approval mail and workflow Initiated mail notifications receives twice.

然后，我搜索了许多网站，发现如果我将工作流程暂停几分钟，它将可以解决.但是我不知道如何根据这三种状态工作流程中的要求暂停工作流程.

Then I searched in lots of websites I found if I paused the workflow for a some minutes it will be solved. But I don't know how to pause the workflow as for my requirement in this three state workflow.

请帮助我解决这个问题
