Please make sure:
1.IE(Internet Explorer)版本应为32位而不是64位.
2.应在计算机上安装Office客户端.
3.处于启动模式的Web客户端服务，
4.在管理中心中启用了客户端集成
1.the IE (Internet Explorer) Version should be 32-bit and not a 64-bit.
2.the Office client should be installed on the machine.
3.the web client service in started mode,
4.the client integration is Enabled in Central Administration
